phcssh reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phcssh may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
Each individual may hold only one active phcssh account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phcssh employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phcssh reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcssh login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. phcssh will never contact you to request your password. You agree to notify phcssh immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phcssh shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
phcssh is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with phcssh's KYC procedures, which may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
phcssh accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your phcssh wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. phcssh does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are processed within one (1) business day. phcssh reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on the phcssh Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phcssh does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. phcssh reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of dormancy fees. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player upon request and successful identity verification.

All games available on the phcssh Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently audited on a regular basis. phcssh does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, phcssh's records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome of that round. phcssh reserves the right to void any bet or game round affected by a technical error and to refund the relevant stake to the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phcssh Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the phcssh Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of phcssh or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phcssh Platform without prior written consent from phcssh.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcssh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
phcssh's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phcssh account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phcssh does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.
phcssh collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phcssh Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phcssh does not sell your personal data to third parties.

phcssh strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction in compliance with Philippine law. Gambling by persons under 21 years of age is illegal and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds.
phcssh reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for cause, phcssh reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within ten (10) business days.
You may close your phcssh account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days, subject to completion of any pending withdrawal requests.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and phcssh, you agree to first contact our support team to attempt an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
phcssh's decisions regarding game outcomes, account balances, and bonus eligibility are final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
phcssh reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phcssh will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the phcssh Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
